In 2009, in my studio was created as a design & lifestyle blog. Then in 2012, the shop was launched under the same name, selling contemporary Islamic artwork, as well as stationery and branding design. Soon, in my studio will also offer interior design consultations.
the designer
The founder of in my studio, Iva Izman, is based in Melbourne, Australia. Iva is an interior designer by profession who finds love in all things pretty. Also a self taught artist & graphic designer, her passion towards art & design blossomed at a very young age. In 2008, Iva graduated in Bachelor of Design (Interior Design) with Honours. Prior to that, she completed a Diploma of Arts (Interior Decoration and Design) both at RMIT. Currently, Iva juggles a part time design career alongside her fitness career, raising 3 kids and house! She resides with her little family in a 1960’s house that they’ve transformed. Follow her renovating journey here.
